- Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business goals into OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and actionable KPIs.
- Own end-to-end product delivery: from discovery to launch to iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (design, engineering, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Prioritize features based on ROI (Return on Investment) and impact.
Product Sense & Customer Understanding
- Deeply understand user problems and turn them into intuitive product solutions.
- Use data, research, and intuition to make product decisions.
- Continuously validate and refine ideas with customer feedback and usage analytics.
Coaching & Mentorship (Product Coach side)
- Mentor PMs and product teams on best practices in product management.
- Introduce frameworks like OKRs, KPI trees, product discovery, and delivery cadences.
- Conduct workshops, product reviews, and retrospectives to upskill teams.
- Foster a product-led mindset across the org.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on both strategy and execution.
- Strong grasp of OKRs, KPIs, ROI analysis, and product frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful products.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other PMs or cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
