Job Description: ( Only Looking for those who currently reside in the greater Charleston SC area ) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of performance, availability, and security. It is expected you have experience with tools such as Terraform, Amazon Guard Duty, E2C, Security Center. Linux, PHP and MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain our current cloud.
• Research and implement new tools and technology to support our continuous growth and increasing requirements.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Deploy and extend client resources as required for each client and their project requirement. – including all tasks such as site copy, backup, SSL cert rotation, SFTP configuration and much more.
• Stay up to date with the latest AWS tools, technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Must Live in Greater Charleston SC Area. ( please do not apply if not )
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud engineering, with a focus on AWS cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of AWS networking services (E2C, S3, Elastic Services, Monitoring Tools, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• ISO 27001 experience will be highly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
