Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset with strong experience in SEO, content creation, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website visibility and search rankings.
• Create and manage content and copywriting for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Develop and oversee social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
• Manage digital media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• Support creative initiatives and ensure timely content delivery for digital platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad campaign management.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills with attention to brand tone and storytelling.
• Experience in social media strategy, content planning, and community management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in healthcare, tech, or professional services industry is highly desirable.
• Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms .
• Hands-on experience in video content marketing and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
