Position Description:
Reporting as a Marketing Operations Specialist with 2X, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing automation workflows to support demand generation and customer engagement initiatives. You’ll manage marketing activities across various B2B platforms—focusing on Eloqua campaign execution, automation, and reporting—to help our marketing teams achieve business goals efficiently and effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute email campaigns, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, testing, and deployment.
- Manage campaign calendars and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of all CRM-based campaigns.
- Plan and execute A/B tests within CRM, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Create and maintain automated lead nurturing workflows (drip campaigns, re-engagement, lifecycle programs) within CRM.
- Integrate Eloqua with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and other Martech tools to ensure seamless data flow and campaign tracking.
- Execute marketing operations tasks such as website updates, content uploads, and data management within CRM and connected platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including demand generation, content, and analytics—to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Support ad hoc requests for campaign performance reports, data extracts, and operational troubleshooting.
- Ensure best practices and compliance in marketing automation processes (data governance, opt-in management, etc.).
What You Need to Succeed:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or CRM Management.
- CRM certification or hands-on experience in CRM campaign building, automation, and reporting (required).
- Experience with CRM and Martech systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and data management.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a methodical approach to project execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule (9PM–6AM PHT).
