The Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Closer to join our team either part-time or full-time. You'll be responsible for converting qualified prospects into clients for our paid advertising services, focusing primarily on roofing companies generating $500K-$5M in annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-qualified leads through phone calls and video conferences
• Clearly explain our paid advertising solutions and Storm Social System
• Demonstrate ROI potential to prospects using case studies and success metrics
• Negotiate contracts and secure commitments
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM
• Collaborate with our marketing team to refine sales messaging
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven track record selling marketing/advertising services to home service businesses
• Previous experience selling paid advertising solutions (Meta/Google Ads)
• Understanding of the roofing industry sales cycle and pain points
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong communication abilities and consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• CRM experience

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working at a marketing agency
• Background in home service industry sales
• History of commission-based performance
• Knowledge of roofing industry terminology and operations
• Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram advertising platforms

Compensation

• Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential

Hours & Location

• Flexible schedule options (part-time to full-time available)
• Remote position with virtual meetings and calls
• Core availability during business hours required
