Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our project team for mobile development application, to take ownership of the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design across our suite of digital assets. In this role, you will ensure that every element of our online user experience is optimized for usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual appeal.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering adaptive and innovative solutions to UI/UX challenges, and stays current with best practices and emerging trends in user experience and interface technology.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze user experience design requirements for the project's digital products and platforms.
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the project's brand vision and business goals.
• Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Produce high-quality UX deliverables, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, user stories, personas, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets to enhance user engagement.
• Test and iterate on UI components, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, page flows, and target links for landing pages, to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and stakeholders—to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless and accurate implementation of design elements.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in design across various platforms and devices, adhering to established brand guidelines.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UI/UX design, preferably within enterprise, government, or B2B software environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in Mobile applications is a must
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch; experience with Framer is a plus.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); additional experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Saudi digital transformation initiatives and government design standards (DGA guidelines) is highly desirable.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate design decisions.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
