About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team and help turn data into insights that drive real product and business impact. You’ll work across a range of problems — from building predictive models and analyzing user behavior to developing internal dashboards and contributing to product decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who’s technically strong, product-aware, and excited to work with real-world data at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze user behavior, product usage, and business metrics to uncover actionable insights
- Build, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions
- Design and run A/B tests, interpret results, and advise on product iterations
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Write clean, reproducible analysis code in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Help define and improve data quality, pipeline reliability, and tracking standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a Data Science or Analytics role
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) or R
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases
- Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design, and data modeling
- Strong communication skills — able to translate data into insights
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and working in Agile teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g. XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps concepts
- Knowledge of data visualization libraries (Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib)
- Experience building data products or working with product teams directly
