At 270M, the Account Manager, Social Media is the support between the client and the agency. You will be responsible for working with all key functions on both the client and agency sides to obtain input needed for the agency to create its best work and ensure that the agency is meeting the client’s needs. You will assist in managing internal and external communications, identifying the best paths forward, and working the leadership to drive projects to successful completion.
You should have an understanding of both social and digital marketing and advertising, and how to effectively integrate tactics within a larger campaign. This role requires that you proactively assist both the clients to obtain information when needed as well as agency strategy and team members (design, copywriting, media, production) to deliver high quality work on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation, Brand Storytelling & Influencer Marketing
- Collaborate with clients to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand objectives.
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality, short-form video, photo, and social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Manage and execute influencer marketing strategies—sourcing, vetting, and coordinating with influencers to amplify brand stories.
- Own the editorial calendar, overseeing a consistent and strategic posting schedule across all platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends, using social listening and cultural insights to create timely, buzzworthy content that sparks engagement.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote content creation with on-site shoots (e.g., client events, campaign productions, influencer collaborations).
Revenue Generation: Paid Social, Affiliate & Influencer Programs
- Develop content strategies that support paid social campaigns, collaborating with media teams to optimize performance and ROI.
- Implement affiliate marketing tactics, driving revenue through strategic placements and social commerce (e.g., affiliate links, product tagging).
- Coordinate influencer partnerships that drive conversions, ensuring alignment with paid social and affiliate efforts.
- Analyze engagement, influencer performance, and conversion data to refine strategies for both organic and paid growth.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Manage and grow client social communities, responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries in a brand-aligned voice.
- Engage with audiences, influencers, and brand partners to cultivate loyal, engaged communities.
- Proactively participate in trending conversations and cultural moments to boost brand visibility.
- Continuously test and optimize engagement strategies to enhance reach, visibility, and conversion rates.
Sponsored Content, Influencer Campaigns & Brand Partnerships
- Lead the execution of influencer and brand collaborations, from sourcing talent to final content delivery.
- Ensure timely posting and alignment of sponsored content with overall brand strategies for maximum impact.
- Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking to ensure KPIs are met.
- Analyze partnership and sponsored content performance, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze key social media, influencer, and paid campaign metrics to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Provide regular reports on social trends, campaign performance, influencer ROI, and areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.

- Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms, with a track record of growing communities and managing influencer campaigns.
- Communicate effortlessly, with top-notch interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven experience driving revenue through social media, including affiliate marketing, paid social ads, and influencer partnerships.
