Our client, an Enterprise Software company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Media and Marketing Strategist to lead brand media and marketing initiatives. This role is crucial in managing media strategies, campaign management, creative development, financial reporting, performance reporting, and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid media, brand performance analytics, and strategic planning, coupled with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in media strategy, performance reporting, and project management.
● Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics and performance reporting
tools.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating
executive-level reports.
● Experience in creative development processes and financial reporting.
● Knowledge of competitive analysis methodologies and industry trends.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
● Experience in Smartsheet or similar platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Media and Media Agency Management:
● Develop and write comprehensive media briefs and strategies.
● Create, review, and approve media plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Oversee audience flow, landing page environment development, and audience journey
management.
● Make audience targeting decisions by channel, ensuring alignment with middle and
lower funnel media strategies.
● Oversee trafficking QA, including UTM parameters and CM taxonomy.
● Manage internal communications regarding campaigns, facilitate approvals, and make
ad-hoc media decisions
● Prepare and maintain all pertinent slide decks communicating media details.
● Manage coordination with all internal paid media operators and teams.
Performance Reporting:
● Monitor and analyze brand health metrics weekly, identifying trends and opportunities.
● Review and assess media performance reports from media agencies.
● Monitor and analyze monthly creative performance and present optimization
opportunities.
● Maintain Google Analytics reports for QR code traffic, campaign landing pages, and
homepages.
● Analyze, consolidate and communicate quarterly brand survey results.
● Present performance insights to senior leadership.
Project Management:
● Develop and manage project plan timelines .
● Communicate deadlines to media agencies and internal teams, including creative.
● Deadlines and inventory needs.
● Ensure timely delivery of media plans and project milestones.
● Ownership, management and facilitation project management
● Ecosystem of sheets, pivots, reports, and dashboards.
Creative Development:
● Support the creation of the bill of materials and provide feedback on creative assets from
a media best practices perspective.
● Facilitate quality assurance between Noble People (external media agency), studio
(internal creative), and Herd of Studio (external creative agency).
● Ensure creative assets are delivered on time and meet campaign requirements.
Financial Management:
● Report monthly media actual spend and create quarterly, biannual and annual forecasts.
● Communicate with Accounting and address any queries related to brand media
financials.
Competitive Analysis:
● Organize and conduct quarterly competitive analysis in collaboration with the media
agency.
● Ensure competitive data is accurately updated and maintained.
● Serve as the subject matter expert on competitor spend, media mix, and trends.
● Provide insights and ad-hoc support on competitive analysis needs.
