Our client (Digital Agency) is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to lead end-to-end analytics execution across client accounts. This role goes beyond reporting β itβs about owning the data, driving insight development, and presenting clear, strategic recommendations to clients. You'll manage the full lifecycle of marketing data, from ETL through dashboard visualization to client delivery, with a heavy emphasis on autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own dashboard development in Domo, synthesizing data from paid media, CRM, web, and offline sources
- Lead the ETL process β connecting and transforming multi-channel data into usable formats
- Analyze and interpret performance trends to identify actionable insights
- Present insights directly to clients and guide them through dashboards and recommendations
- Collaborate with media and account teams to drive performance improvement
- Translate business questions into clear measurement frameworks
- Deliver formal performance presentations and reporting packages (PowerPoint when needed)
- Act as a thought partner to internal teams, helping shape strategy based on what the data shows
- Operate independently in a flexible, fast-paced, and client-centric environment
Tools & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Domo (or equivalent BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Working knowledge of GA4, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and CRM/automation platforms
- Experience with basic SQL or Python preferred, but not required
- Must be confident in presenting complex insights to clients and internal teams
- Background in performance marketing or cross-channel analytics is essential
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex data into client-ready narratives
