Job Title: Sr. Digital Marketing Social Media Consultant
Location: Remote, United State
Duration: Contract starting ASAP going until end of August- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $35.00-$40.00/hour
The Senior Digital Marketing Social Media Consultant will support the Digital Marketing team in driving high-impact external initiatives to boost brand awareness, reputation, and audience engagement. This role collaborates across teams to create strategic, compelling content for key external stakeholders.
Focused on B2B (Commercial and Provider Segments), the consultant manages paid social media campaigns—including media buying, performance analysis, optimization, and reporting—for various product lines. The role includes providing insights, campaign recommendations, and ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
This position also involves presenting data-driven insights to marketing leaders and stakeholders, contributing to strategic direction, and independently managing campaign performance while staying current on industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-funnel paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X), including setup, ad creation, budgeting, reporting, and tracking.
- Monitor and manage spend daily, weekly, and monthly to stay within budget.
- Lead testing and optimization initiatives to improve performance.
- Ensure best practices in campaign structure, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Build and manage testing roadmaps and timelines.
- Develop paid social strategies aligned with business goals and identify new growth opportunities.
- Apply deep knowledge of paid social, from platform selection to attribution, measurement, and creative execution.
- Present strategies, results, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to guide content development and execution.
- Stay current on industry trends and conduct market research to uncover social media opportunities.
- Share responsibility for community management within a rotating three-person team.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of paid social advertising experience (Meta/LinkedIn is a must), building high-performing ad copy and campaign strategies to drive quantifiable results.
- 6+ years of agency experience preferred, but not required.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field of study preferred, not required.
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad strategy.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Tableau or similar reporting software a plus.
- You have experience working in a media planning and/or buying capacity for an agency or brand.
