Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager – Preparedness Industry

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, Central Time preferred)

Salary: $25K–$40K base + commission/equity (OTE up to $90K)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales and Marketing Manager who is passionate about preparedness and excited to help grow a mission-driven business in a rapidly expanding industry. This is a unique opportunity to take on both strategy and execution—driving memberships, consulting clients, and app subscriptions.

Note: This is not a fit for someone seeking a traditional marketing role with a high base salary. The right person will be comfortable with outreach, sales calls, and working for a low base + high upside through commission and equity.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute marketing and sales campaigns across multiple preparedness services
• Conduct outreach (email, phone, media) to drive leads and memberships
• Help secure media and podcast coverage
• Work closely with leadership to shape strategy and messaging
• Follow up with leads and manage inbound interest

Must-Haves

• Sales experience or comfort with direct outreach
• Marketing background with strong execution skills
• Self-starter mentality and ability to prioritize independently
• Interest in preparedness/survivalism is a must
• U.S. working hours
