Our client is looking for a marketing strategist to support their team while one of their team members is out on leave. This position develops and executes B2B customer-focused marketing campaigns, from strategy through execution. This position partners with Product Marketing, Industry Principles and Sales to develop targeted B2B demand generation campaigns for both existing products and upcoming product launches. This position understands the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products, developing detailed campaign strategies including audience targets, channels, budget allocation, content creation and tracking of metrics.
In this role, you will design and execute sophisticated multi-touch campaigns aligned with sales goals, product launches, and key personas across the multifamily buyer journey. You’ll be accountable for bringing product narrative to life through compelling content, coordinated activation across paid and owned channels, and smart optimization based on campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated campaign strategy and execution for Knock, G5, LOFT and AI Leasing and AI Resident Agent product lines, with a focus on pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
- Design full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns aligned to personas, verticals, and stages of the buyer journey across paid media, email, web, events, outbound SDR support, and content syndication.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate product positioning and value propositions into campaign themes and audience-specific messaging.
- Develop campaign messaging frameworks, content outlines, nurture cadences, and creative briefs that guide execution across channels and teams.
- Collaborate with SEO, web, paid media, creative, and marketing operations teams to activate campaigns consistently across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Align with Sales leaders and SDR teams to ensure campaign readiness, clear handoffs, and effective feedback loops that improve conversion.
- Craft and present comprehensive campaign presentations that outline the strategy, objectives, and forecasted results to obtain alignment and support.
- Monitor campaign budget to prevent both overspending and underspending.
- Meet regularly with the paid media manager to launch and adjust campaign strategies, providing insights into campaign objectives, target audiences and budget allocation.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years marketing experience; multifamily industry experience/knowledge is a plus.
- Industry experience with B2B, SaaS or subscription-based technology companies and/or real estate related industry.
- Experience owning and executing full-funnel campaigns that combine content, digital channels, and outbound motions.
- Experience developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns end to end.
- Clear and confident communicator who can align cross-functional partners and report results in business terms.
- Strong writing and messaging skills, with the ability to develop campaign themes, nurture flows, and audience-specific narratives.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation, experimentation, and modern marketing approaches, including AI and automation.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable driving clarity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail to produce integrated marketing campaigns including email, digital, webcasts, video, and social components.
