We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a world-renowned Healthcare organization. This is a contract role slated to last until the end of December.
The role is focused on managing the full lifecycle of key marketing communications projects, as well as working with cross-functional stakeholders to define the requirements and scope of projects. It will involve extensive cross-functional team interaction, so excellent personal communication skills in a matrixed environment are key.

Role Description
- Lead and execute multiple communications projects, including managing project timelines and guidelines
- Develop project scope, define objectives, outline requirements, identify risks, and analyze data to make strategic and tactical recommendations for launch or program refresh
- Serve as the key liaison between Marketing, Brand Design, Product Development, Social/PR, Operations, and Sales, among other groups/departments
- Apply advanced knowledge of processes and technologies to be able to identify and recommend new ways to make projects run more efficiently
- Lead status update meetings and communications with project stakeholders, external partners, and business owners (ex, Marketing, Product Marketing, Operations, IT/Tech, and Analytics teams)
- Interview subject matter experts, compose business requirements, provide documentation, streamline processes, and uphold best practices
- Develop and manage project schedules for the marketing team to ensure projects are completed on time
- Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules, route work for approvals, track changes, communicate changes and project status, expedite requirements, and resolve problems
- Maintain records of elements, costs, and schedules of multiple projects
Required Skills/Experience
- BA or BS, preferably in Marketing or Advertising
- 6+ years of marketing project management experience
- Experience and knowledge of managing the workflow of marketing communications projects
- Experience using and a solid understanding of Workfront for project management
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
