Overview
We're seeking a Marketing Operations Contractor to streamline and simplify the execution of marketing operations for a health care association. This role aligns with the department's goal to improve speed-to-market for campaigns and sponsored content, execute more HubSpot automation and triggered communications, and strengthen project management.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives on meeting deadlines, organizing competing requests and cross-channel assets, and turning strategy into flawless execution. This role reports to the Director, Marketing Operations + Growth, and has no direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows for content review, approvals, stakeholder communications, and project management.
- Build marketing automations and AI agents using HubSpot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Agentforce to reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency, and generate actionable marketing insights.
- Execute campaigns across email, web, and social channels.
- Support project management using Smartsheet.
- Manage HubSpot workflows and reporting.
- Support and execute advertising operations.
- Execute sponsored content on AMCP.org and JMCP.org.
- Support project testing and edit/review content based on organizational style guide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, UX, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a marketing operations, digital agency, or health care environment.
- Proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Tag Manager, social media ad platforms, SEM, and Google Display.
- Experience navigating and setting up reporting in Salesforce/Fonteva.
- Experience with CMS (Drupal), HubSpot, Google Analytics, and digital marketing and email platforms.
- Proven experience with advertising operations and coordinating with sales/partners.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form content creation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of health care, key stakeholders, and the role of managed care pharmacy.
