Job Title: Mobile Marketing Manager
Location: Remote, United States
Duration: 5+ month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have global experience in paid user acquisition, app store optimization (ASO), partnership management, and data analytics. Key responsibilities include developing and executing user acquisition strategies, optimizing visibility in the App Store and Google Play, and analyzing app performance data to drive user growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of multi-channel paid and organic user acquisition strategies
- Manage hands-on execution across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, Meta, and programmatic channels, including budgeting, forecasting, testing, and measurement
- Optimize spend and channel mix using in-depth data analysis to hit CPI, CPA, and ROAS goals
- Monitor performance and user behavior through analytics tools; collaborate with MMP (AppsFlyer), Engineering, and Product teams for attribution accuracy
- Support campaign setup by advising stakeholders on MMP tasks like custom links and QR codes
- Analyze app analytics regularly to identify trends and new growth opportunities
- Oversee external agencies managing paid acquisition efforts
- Own global ASO strategy across App Store and Google Play
- Conduct ongoing keyword, ranking, and competitor analysis to boost app visibility
- Lead testing roadmap for app store pages and explore new store features to increase installs
- Track and evaluate app ratings and reviews across all markets
- Guide strategy and creative updates for app store assets (e.g., screenshots, icons, videos)
- Manage geo-localized content and optimization for better relevance and conversion
- Refresh store content monthly to align with product updates and releases
- Act as main liaison with ad agencies and app store reps
- Define and maintain mobile growth strategy aligned with team and company objectives
- Drive long-term planning for paid acquisition and ASO improvements
- Collaborate on mobile dashboard creation and performance monitoring with analytics teams
- Provide monthly performance forecasts informed by product updates and marketing mix
- Align with Product Marketing on quarterly research tied to market or product changes
- Use external mobile and industry insights to refine ASO and UA strategy, messaging, and testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in app store optimization / user acquisition / performance marketing
- Experience working with analytics reporting on various platforms
- Help support and manage mobile messaging campaigns
- Must have prior mobile app marketing experience
- ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Hands-on experience in User Acquisition (ASA, UAC, and other social channels)
- Understanding in SKAN 4.0 measurement frameworks and guidelines
- Mobile Monetization (Experience in forecasting is plus)
- Experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer
