We’re looking for a proactive and team-oriented Partner Success Lead to join our Mobile Game Developer Marketing & Growth team. In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting the Performance Partner Program, working closely with internal teams and external game developers to help their projects thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Developer Support & Onboarding: Act as the main contact for affiliate program participants, providing guidance through onboarding and sharing strategies for success.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Help partners make the most of organic and paid marketing channels to boost visibility and revenue.
- Program Promotion & Community Engagement: Advocate for the partner program within the broader developer network, encouraging new sign-ups and increased participation.
- Scalable Tools & Resources: Create user-friendly guides, templates, and training content to simplify onboarding and encourage efficient program adoption.
- Data Monitoring & Insights: Track performance metrics, uncover opportunities for improvement, and offer strategic advice to help developers succeed.
- Campaign Review & Creative Alignment: Evaluate marketing assets produced by developers to ensure they meet branding and performance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the affiliate services group to enhance the reach and impact of the program.
What You Bring:
- Deep knowledge of mobile game marketing and experience collaborating with game creators.
- Demonstrated success managing or supporting affiliate or partnership programs, preferably in the gaming or mobile app space.
- Strong grasp of influencer campaigns, social media, performance-based advertising, and user acquisition strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Experience guiding external stakeholders and building sustainable partner relationships.
- Comfort working autonomously in a dynamic and fast-changing setting.
