We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial minded content marketer to help us increase brand awareness and drive sales through strategic messaging and content. This is a fast-paced role that will execute our B2B content strategy, while working directly with internal and external partners to develop and launch successful content marketing programs. This also includes copywriting, distributing, measuring and managing all content assets for our target audiences. This role will work closely and collaborate with members of our B2B Lifecycle marketing team, B2B industry marketing teams, social media marketing team, sales teams and external agencies and SMEs to drive engagement, increase sales and retention. Our ideal candidate is passionate about understanding customer’s interests and search habits and crafting compelling content to meet those needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Execute and optimize our B2B content strategy by working with internal and external partners to create foundational content and leverage consistent messaging to be used in multi-channel marketing campaigns
o Includes drafting extensive outlines and/or briefs, editing and sometimes writing B2B content for value prop materials (one-pagers, webinars, infographics, videos, social media posts, etc) and articles.
• Partner with industry marketing teams to identify content needs and work with our internal content team to develop applicable content
• Coordinate projects from start to finish through Workfront and secure approvals from legal and compliance
• Develop and manage a content repository
• Partner with our analytics teams to measure impact and leverage data to drive future content • Lead cross-functional projects
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
• Executive level presentation development and delivery
• Manage budget including forecasting and tracking
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Writing or related field, plus 2 years’ experience writing digital content or high school diploma plus 4 years’ experience writing digital content.
• Experience creating content for websites or blogs, social media a plus.
• Proven ability to write for both B2B and B2B2C audiences.
• Ability to write for web (SEO copywriting with keywords, title tags and understanding of what shows up in the meta description.)
• Passion for reading, writing and editing educational content and feature articles.
• Stellar communication and storytelling skills, including good spelling and grammar.

• Experience or knowledge of the health and wellness industry and/or the financing
• Demonstrated experience in basic business-to-business (B2B) marketing, including content creation
• Experience managing creative agencies
• Experience with and strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns
