Ecommerce Data Analyst

We're looking for a technically skilled Ecommerce Data Analyst to join our team. This role will work closely with ecommerce category and product managers to drive data-informed strategies and uncover actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze ecommerce performance using Snowflake, SQL, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, sales trends, and product performance.
• Ensure data integrity by partnering with Ecommerce Ops and Data Engineering.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling way.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, digital, or marketing analytics.
• 3+ years using Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake.
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
