Summary
Influencer Marketing Agency seeks a saavy Influencer Manager to lead creator strategy and campaign execution for a top luxury beauty client. Must have deep beauty industry knowledge, strong influencer marketing experience, and a passion for creator culture. Agency experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute data-driven creator strategies across campaigns.
- Source, vet, negotiate, and manage influencers from casting to content delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Analytics) to meet client goals.
- Use proprietary tech and data tools to track performance and optimize ROI.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, safety, and KPIs.
- Train and support junior team members in planning, reporting, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital, influencer, or beauty marketing.
- Deep understanding of beauty trends and creators.
- Strong network of influencer/agent contacts.
- Skilled in campaign budgeting, influencer negotiations, and cross-platform strategy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Highly organized, self-starter, collaborative, and deadline-oriented.
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
Bonus
- Experience with experiential influencer events or production.
- Background in martech or media startups.
- Passion for social media and emerging trends.
