We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to join an embedded creative team supporting large-scale event marketing initiatives for a major global brand. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys executional design more than conceptual campaign development. You’ll be working within established brand systems and templates to create polished digital assets across multiple channels, functioning like an in-house creative partner dedicated to one core line of business.
This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates who can work largely in PST hours.
The right candidate is fluent in Figma and comfortable working at a high level within existing files, adapting and building assets quickly and accurately. This is a production-heavy role focused on speed, consistency, file organization, and clean handoff of final deliverables. You should be able to take a brief in the morning and deliver finished assets the same day, while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand accuracy. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, digital campaign asset development, and file management best practices is important. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Slack is also helpful.
This person will support a range of digital marketing efforts tied to major event programs, producing work across display, social, web, and email-related campaign assets in partnership with project managers, writers, and creative leads.
