Our client, a well-known lifestyle brand, is looking for an Apparel Graphic Designer. This designer will create bold, original artwork for collections that celebrate outdoor culture and everyday adventure. The role calls for someone who can merge trend-driven design with a deep understanding of print and production techniques to bring apparel concepts to life.

Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal apparel graphics across men’s, women’s, and unisex product lines, including tees, outerwear, and headwear.
  • Develop original artwork, illustrations, badges, and placement graphics that align with brand DNA.
  • Translate creative briefs into market-ready graphics that resonate with the brand’s core audience.
  • Prepare print-ready files for screen print, embroidery, applique, and other embellishment techniques.
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Merchandising, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across collections.
  • Research fashion and cultural trends, materials, and techniques to influence upcoming seasons.
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel across categories while exploring new creative directions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience designing graphics for apparel (preferably within lifestyle, outdoor, or activewear brands).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with color separations and mockups required.
  • Strong illustration and typography skills with an understanding of composition, balance, and print application.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and print production processes (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to adapt feedback into design improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related discipline preferred.
