Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
CXO Engagement & Event Execution
- Plan and execute high-impact CXO engagement events to drive pipeline acceleration.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, agenda planning, and follow-up.
- Track and report on event effectiveness and business impact.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Program Management
- Collaborate with Sales and ABM teams to develop targeted campaigns for key accounts.
- Drive personalized messaging, content, and offers aligned with sales objectives.
- Monitor and optimize ABM performance using data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Segment Marketing, and Product Demand teams to align CXO and ABM strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Event Logistics & Operations
- Manage event setup, including PO creation, contract execution, budget tracking, vendor onboarding, and payment processing.
- Oversee shipping, onsite logistics, catering, staffing, and post-event lead tracking in Salesforce.
- Research promotional items, sponsorships, and experience opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, event management, or ABM
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and event platforms (e.g., Knak, Splash).
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on marketing performance and ROI.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with vendors, budgets, and logistics.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and other collaborative tools.
- Knowledge of InfoSec processes, event sponsorships, and demand generation best practices.
