Position Overview:
215 Marketing is seeking a versatile and organized Client-Facing Graphic Designer & Project Manager who can balance creative execution with client communication and project management. This role is ideal for someone who can manage their own design workload, lead planning and review calls with clients, and produce clean, on-brand creative across digital and print formats.
The primary focus of the role is to execute and oversee the creation of foundational asset bundles for emerging franchise brands. These bundles typically include:
- Brand guidelines/style guide
- One-page website design
- Sales brochure
- Sales presentation
- Tradeshow banner or other collateral
You’ll be responsible for designing these assets and ensuring each project moves smoothly from concept to completion. Additional creative needs may include promotional graphics, digital ads, pitch decks, and social media content.
This role also involves maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients and internal team members, while managing tasks and timelines in Asana. Experienced freelancers who are comfortable managing multiple client priorities, working independently, and delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines will thrive in this role.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design (print & digital)
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing role (preferably in a design capacity)
- 2+ years of experience in project management (preferably in a design capacity)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and client priorities
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
- Available for support between 9 am–5 pm ET
Responsibilities / Role:
Graphic Design (~70%)
- Design a variety of brand and marketing materials, including brand guidelines, sales brochures, presentations, websites, social media graphics, and digital ads.
- Execute and refine creative concepts that align with each client’s brand standards and goals.
- Maintain visual consistency and high-quality output across all deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver final design files in the correct formats and specifications.
- Manage revisions and client feedback efficiently, ensuring timely updates and approvals
Account Management & Client Communication (~15%)
- Serve as the main creative point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead or join client planning and review calls to present design concepts, gather feedback, and discuss project direction.
- Communicate project timelines, next steps, and deliverable expectations clearly and proactively.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients by ensuring their creative needs are understood and met.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure deliverables align with broader campaign or brand objectives.
Project Management (~15%)
- Plan, organize, and track your design projects using Asana, maintaining full visibility into progress and deadlines.
- Ensure all creative projects are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as account leads or copywriters, to keep work moving efficiently.
- Maintain well-organized design files, documentation, and version control for each client account.

Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $30-$35/hr, based on experience
- Approximately 20–35 hours per week
- 1099 contractor position (remote)
