📲 The Role
We’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Strategist to help us build our entire lifecycle marketing engine from scratch. You’ll own everything from onboarding flows to re-engagement campaigns to notifications that drive real, measurable impact on retention and product usage.
If you’re someone who loves going 0 → 1, lives at the intersection of product and marketing, and knows how to craft messaging that hits (without being spammy), this is your shot.
🧠 What You'll Do
- Build and own our CRM strategy from scratch across push, email, in-app, and more
- Design and launch our user onboarding, activation, and retention flows
- Partner with product, data, and engineering to define events, segments, and lifecycle triggers
- Write or guide high-conversion copy for lifecycle campaigns (bonus if you can vibe with a Gen Z gaming audience)
- Set up and scale the CRM tool stack (Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, OneSignal—your call)
- Develop segmentation frameworks for different player types (e.g. creators, casuals, loyalists)
- Launch and analyze A/B tests to improve message performance and retention
- Track KPIs like D1/D7 retention, activation rate, re-engagement lift, and more
🧩 Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience in a mobile-first product
- Proven experience designing and launching push/email programs from scratch
- Comfortable in Braze, Customer.io, or a similar CRM platform
- Deep understanding of retention loops, activation drivers, and behavioral triggers
- You’re analytical and outcome-oriented—you measure everything
- Bonus: You get gaming culture, creator behavior, or Gen Z mobile user dynamics
- Bonus: You’ve worked with staking models, token-based products, or competitive platforms
