As we expand our footprint in the B2B sector, we are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist who understands the dynamics of the U.S. market and can craft impactful campaigns to position our brand as an industry leader.
Role Overview
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing B2B-focused social media strategies with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn marketing. This role requires a data-driven marketer who has successfully managed social media for B2B brands in the U.S. market—ideally in manufacturing, energy, or industrial products sectors. Experience with AI-powered social media tools to enhance content creation, audience targeting, and analytics is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Leadership:
- Build and manage our company’s LinkedIn presence to attract business decision-makers, distributors, contractors, and partners.
- Drive lead generation and brand awareness campaigns through targeted LinkedIn content, outreach, and advertising.
- B2B Social Media Strategy:
- Develop platform-specific strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter) aligned with U.S. market trends.
- Create and distribute engaging B2B content such as case studies, product spotlights, industry insights, and thought leadership posts.
- Campaign Execution & Analytics:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., AI-driven analytics, content generation tools, and automation platforms) to refine campaigns and improve performance.
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs (engagement, leads, conversions) to ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
- Industry-Specific Marketing:
- Craft content that resonates with U.S. distributors, architects, contractors, facility managers, and corporate buyers.
- Stay updated on LED lighting industry trends and competitor activities in the U.S. market.
Requirements
- Proven 3–5+ years of B2B social media marketing experience (USA market focus required).
- Demonstrated success in LinkedIn marketing for B2B brands, including content creation, audience growth, and lead generation.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, lighting, electrical, construction, or related B2B industries strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. B2B buyer personas and decision-making processes.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Ads AI, social media listening and automation platforms) to optimize content, outreach, and engagement.
- Proficiency with social media tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LED lighting or electrical products.
- Experience working with trade shows, distributors, or channel partners.
- Strong grasp of B2B lead nurturing strategies.
