Role Overview
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for fintech and wealth management? As the Founding Sales and Marketing Head at 1Fi, you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the founding team to scale our customer base, craft compelling go-to-market strategies, and establish 1Fi as the go-to financial platform for small business owners.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you’ll lead end-to-end sales and marketing efforts, from digital growth campaigns to offline business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the sales strategy to drive customer adoption of 1Fi’s wealth solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team to acquire and onboard small business owners.
- Develop partnerships with financial advisors, influencers, and distribution channels to accelerate growth.
- Optimize lead generation, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
- Build a strong brand presence and position 1Fi as a category leader in WealthTech.
- Design and execute content, digital, and offline marketing campaigns.
- Leverage Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels to drive engagement and inbound leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine messaging.
- Customer & Community Engagement:
- Develop strategies to create trust and credibility among small business owners.
- Engage with our audience through educational content, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Build a referral and word-of-mouth marketing engine.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth roles—preferably in wealth management.
- Deep understanding of financial products, investments, and SME banking solutions.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, digital marketing, and revenue growth.
- Experience in scaling early-stage startups is a huge plus.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data and optimizing performance metrics.
- Hustler mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to execute with minimal resources.
