Position Summary:
We are seeking a Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive and accessible user experiences across our end-user applications and internal client tools. This is a cross-functional role working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to create experiences that delight users while meeting institutional client needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market and user research to inform UX/UI decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for rapid iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate concepts and drive implementation
• Contribute to and manage our Figma-based design system, with an emphasis on accessibility
• Ensure strong information architecture across the product suite
• Design both client-facing investment portals and back-office admin tools
• Deliver clear communication and demos of design iterations via async and live collaboration
tools
Required Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Designer (startup experience is mandatory and fintech
preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, systems, responsive design)
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centric design, product thinking, and iteration
• Familiarity with front-end development workflows and component-based systems
• Comfort designing for both traditional finance and crypto platforms
• Excellent async and real-time communication skills
• Experience working in agile/sprint development environments
