We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer with strong UI/UX design abilities, who can build high-converting landing pages, funnels, and websites using WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow. If you’re passionate about clean design and translating strategy into smooth digital experiences, this role is for you. 🚀

Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer + Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing websites, landing pages, sales funnels, and digital interfaces that are fast, responsive, and optimized for conversions. You'll work closely with our marketing, automation, and content teams to bring ideas to life through thoughtful design and functional execution.

• Key Responsibilities: Design user-friendly, modern, conversion-focused digital experiences.
• Build responsive and high-performance websites using WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow.
• Translate wireframes and design concepts into interactive, functional web pages.
• Create and maintain style guides, reusable components, and design systems.
• Implement clean animations, transitions, and UI interactions.
• Ensure strong mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Support funnel pages and campaign-specific landing pages across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with marketing, automation, and dev teams to integrate systems and CRMs.
• Participate in A/B testing and CRO initiatives using heatmaps and behavioral insights.

Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of experience in web development and UI/UX design.

✅ Proficient on WordPress with Elementor and Webflow (must-have).

✅ Skilled in Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) for design and prototyping.

✅ Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

✅ Experience with conversion-focused pages and marketing funnels.

✅ Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of usability and accessibility.

✅ English proficiency (reading documentation, communicating internally, and with team).

✅ A solid portfolio showcasing real-world projects and creative problem-solving.
