Job Description:
12Twelve is looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert specializing in Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive our digital advertising strategy. You will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
- Implement and manage Meta Pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking to measure campaign success accurately.
- Leverage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and keyword research for precise targeting.
- Monitor ad budgets and bid strategies to maximize performance while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
- Generate detailed reports and insights to refine strategies and communicate results with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, retargeting, and attribution models.
- Expertise in setting up Meta Pixels, Google Conversion Tracking, and event-based tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel tracking is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or SaaS marketing campaigns is an advantage.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
