Project Manager – AI Trainer

We are looking for experienced project and migration professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your Role Is Practical And High Impact. You Will

• Review and refine AI generated responses related to project delivery, programme management and system migrations
• Evaluate outputs for realism, risk awareness and operational feasibility
• Draft complex scenarios such as ERP implementations, cloud migrations, post merger integrations, data migrations, regulatory driven transformations or large scale change programmes
• Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as project sponsor, programme manager, PMO lead, technical architect or business stakeholder
• Identify weaknesses in planning logic, risk mitigation strategies, stakeholder alignment or resource allocation

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world project execution, governance and migration risk management.

This is not hands on project delivery. Instead of managing a single programme, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about project and migration complexity at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on project management and transformation topics.

You Are

Who this is for

• A project manager, programme manager, PMO professional, transformation lead or migration specialist
• Based in the EU or UK
• With several years of experience delivering complex projects, system migrations or organisational change initiatives
• Experienced in areas such as ERP implementation, cloud transformation, digital transformation, regulatory change, data migration or cross border programme delivery
• Comfortable identifying unrealistic timelines, weak governance structures and overlooked implementation risks
• Available 8 to 20 hours per week
• Able to start in the coming weeks
• This role is fully remote and flexible. It works well alongside your existing professional commitments.
