We’re looking for EU- or UK-based marketing automation specialists to join 10x Team as freelance AI Trainers, helping to build and refine the next generation of AI-driven marketing solutions.

About The Role

As a member of the 10x Team, you’ll work with innovative AI labs to elevate the capabilities of large AI systems in the marketing automation domain. Your expertise will help ensure that AI-generated outputs accurately reflect real-world marketing practices, strategies, and automation workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Review and improve AI-generated content related to marketing automation, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies
• Evaluate outputs for best practices in audience targeting, lead nurturing, and workflow automation
• Draft realistic scenarios and use cases around email automation, CRM integration, campaign analytics, and personalization
• Assess AI reasoning in tasks such as setting up automation flows, managing data segmentation, and optimizing marketing funnels
• Identify gaps, misalignments, or inaccuracies in AI-generated marketing content or processes
• Create alternative scenarios from the perspectives of marketing managers, automation specialists, and business stakeholders

Put simply: You will ensure that AI technology reflects modern, high-impact marketing automation standards and use cases. Your work will help scale the expertise embedded in AI solutions for marketing teams worldwide.

You Are

Who This Is For

• An experienced marketing automation specialist, campaign manager, or digital marketing professional
• Based in the EU or UK
• With several years of experience implementing and managing marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalents)
• Skilled in campaign strategy, workflow building, audience segmentation, and analytics
• Confident identifying best practices, technical flaws, or strategic missteps in marketing processes
• Available for 8 to 20 hours per week and able to start soon
• Comfortable in a remote, freelance, and independent role
