Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help us build, scale, and deliver impactful fintech solutions. This role requires someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and thrives on solving meaningful problems at scale.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, Blazor
• Backend: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Cosmos DB
• Cloud & Services: MS Azure, Docker

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and deploy features end-to-end.
• Lead backend API integrations with fintech products and banking platforms.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive, performant UIs.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code.
• Shape architecture decisions and optimize performance across the stack.
• Contribute to a fast, agile, engineering-driven culture.
• Travel once per quarter to the headquarters in Nashville, TN.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps, containerization, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Self-starter mindset with excellent communication in remote settings.

Bonus Points

• Startup or fast-moving team experience.
• Background in financial products.
• Experience with Docker.
