We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support activities related to an upcoming ESP migration. This role is execution-focused, ensuring campaigns and automated flows continue running smoothly throughout the transition. You’ll be a key contributor in migrating and rebuilding templates, deploying campaigns, supporting IP warming, and ensuring best-in-class QA and reporting practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the migration and rebuilding of existing email templates, ensuring consistency in design, functionality, and branding.
- Execute campaign setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment during the migration period.
- Support IP warming strategies and monitor performance to ensure strong inbox placement and deliverability.
- Rebuild and test automated lifecycle journeys, including welcome, transactional, and retention flows.
- Conduct thorough QA across templates, personalization, segmentation, links, and rendering to ensure flawless execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure migration KPIs and milestones are met.
- Collaborate closely with creative, engineering, and data teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and process alignment, proactively troubleshooting issues and flagging risks to maximize efficiency and ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in eCommerce and/or subscription-based models
- Hands-on experience with at least one major ESP, with a strong understanding of campaign and flow management
- Familiarity with email design best practices and a proven track record of creating, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to meet business goals
- Understanding of IP warming and deliverability best practices, along with strong analytical skills and experience tracking campaign results and ROI
- Excellent project management skills with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Experience with HTML, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, & Litmus
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Klaviyo a plus
- Experience with SQL and Jira a plus
- BA/BS degree is required
