Marketing Specialist
Location: Wilmington, NC – Hybrid/Remote (Applicants must be located in EST or CST time zones)

Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support both corporate and franchise marketing initiatives through content creation, internal communications, and local marketing support. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with franchise owners. Some travel may be required. Remote candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Support & Internal Communication
- Serve as a marketing resource for franchise owners, providing guidance on local marketing strategies and brand compliance.
- Develop and distribute marketing toolkits, templates, and best practices to support franchise growth.
- Coordinate with franchisees and marketing agencies to execute local campaigns and promotions and website localization.
- Manage internal communication channels to keep franchise owners informed of marketing initiatives, updates, and resources.
- Create newsletters, announcements, and internal content to foster engagement and alignment across the network.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Write and edit engaging content for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, and social media.
- Create and manage visual assets including graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to produce high-quality multimedia content.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role.
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (InDesign) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary & Benefits
- $65,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)
