To keep pace with our pipeline we’re adding a versatile creative who can design pixel-perfect interfaces and code the React/Vue components behind them.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full front-end lifecycle. Ideate UX flows, translate them into wireframes and hi-fi mocks in Figma, then ship the production code that brings them to life.
• Design systems & visual language. Define color palettes, typography scales, spacing rules, and reusable components; keep everything coherent across projects.
• Turn Figma into HTML/CSS/JS. Build responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly pages that look razor-sharp on every browser and device.
• Code modern front ends. Craft reusable components in React (preferred) or Vue, hook them to REST/GraphQL APIs, and integrate with headless or traditional CMS platforms like WordPress + Elementor.
• Leverage AI to move faster. Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or design AIs (e.g., Magician) to accelerate both design iterations and code quality.
• Polish micro-interactions. Add tasteful motion with Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS animations to elevate user delight without hurting performance.
• Test, debug, and optimize. Hunt down cross-browser quirks, improve Lighthouse scores, and ensure WCAG compliance.
• Collaborate asynchronously. Communicate clearly in Git commits, pull requests, and Slack; balance multiple projects and deadlines without losing focus on detail.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 3 + years professional front-end development experience.
• Proven UI/UX design portfolio showing complete workflows—from wireframe to live site.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (or Tailwind), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Production experience with React (preferred) or Vue and component-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with Figma (or Sketch / Adobe XD) for interface and prototype creation.
• Comfort with Git, responsive design techniques, design tokens, and style guides.
• Working knowledge of SEO basics and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ability to multitask gracefully, switching contexts while maintaining pixel-perfect precision.
• Excellent spoken and written English; self-directed remote work ethic.

Nice-to-Have Extras

• WordPress theming with Elementor or full-site editing; Webflow experience.
• TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, GSAP, or Next.js/Nuxt know-how.
• Prior integration of OpenAI / LLM APIs, chatbots, or personalization engines.
• Experience with A/B testing tools, analytics instrumentation, or user-testing workflows.
