We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Agency Manager (SMMA Manager) to join our team and help scale our agency to the next level. If you’ve successfully built and managed a marketing agency before, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage 10+ client accounts simultaneously, ensuring top-level performance and results.
• Develop and execute high-performing ad strategies, creatives, and campaigns across platforms.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to maintain strong performance standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale the agency to six figures and beyond.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
