This role is not for someone who needs hand-holding or is limited to one skill. We want someone who gets it, knows what needs to be done—and just does it. Smart, fast, and with taste.
What You’ll Own:
- Brand & Marketing Strategy: You’ll lead the voice, direction, and strategy of our brands across all platforms.
- Execution: From landing page copy to paid ads design to editing video content—we expect you to roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
- Paid Ads: You should be an expert in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing in general. Not just theory—you’ve done it, tested it, scaled it.
- Design & Video Editing: You’ll shape our creative output across channels. You don’t need to be a full-time designer, but your eye should be sharp.
- Leadership: As we grow, you’ll lead and build the creative and marketing team with you. You’ll set the tone, the standard, and the pace.

- You're great in Video Editing, Facebook & Google Ads, and can build campaigns that stick.
