The Context
0verwatch is building real-time digital asset monitoring, interdiction, and response infrastructure for Web3. When something goes wrong — a hack, a scam, a compromised wallet — 0verwatch is what stands between the user and permanent loss.
Overwatch is in active development. You will be joining at the discovery phase — when the foundational decisions still get made and the people who make them leave a lasting mark on the product.
What You Will Do
Your core job is to take a complex, multi-stakeholder vision and turn it into a product that can actually be built, shipped, and sold. In practice, this means:
- Own the product roadmap from inception to MVP to first paying B2B clients — wallets, chains, custodians
- Work directly with the CEO and other stakeholders to translate strategic goals into concrete, prioritised features
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the engineering team
- Define and document API product requirements for data feed ingestion and partner integration
- Manage partner conversations at a technical level — you will be talking to engineering teams at wallet providers and blockchain ecosystems
- Identify what is essential for MVP and ruthlessly cut what is not
- Help shape the structure and culture of the team as it grows
What We Are Looking For
Experience and background:
- 3+ years in product management, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C data products, APIs, or platform businesses
- Comfortable reading technical documentation and working alongside engineers at architecture level — you do not need to code, but you need to understand what you are asking for
- Exposure to crypto, Web3, security, or fintech is a strong plus — but intellectual curiosity about this space matters more than a resume line
- Has operated in ambiguous, fast-moving environments before — ideally a startup with limited structure
Who you are:
- Structured thinker who can also make fast decisions with incomplete information
- Exceptional written and spoken English — you will write specs, run partner calls, and represent the product externally
- Direct and opinionated, but genuinely listens
- You understand that in an early startup, the PM is part strategist, part operator, part editor
- Business acumen is real — you think about what generates value, not just what is interesting to build
Trajectory Over Tenure
We are not looking for the most senior person available. We are looking for the right person. If you have 3 years of experience but have shipped real products under pressure, moved fast, and know what it feels like to own something end to end — that matters more to us than 8 years at a large company.
The Setup
- Remote-first. Greece-based. Athens is preferred for occasional co-working but not required
- Compensation discussed directly. We are competitive and straightforward about it
- Equity and other forms of compensation (on top of the salary) are part of the package discussion
