About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zoho API Integration & Analytics Developer to support a critical project involving the integration of Zoho with various Property Management Systems (PMS) and the development of custom reporting in Zoho Analytics. This role will begin with integrating one PMS and later expand to additional properties.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in API development, data analytics, and Zoho ecosystem expertise. Excellent written communication skills are essential, as clear documentation and reporting will be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom API integrations between Zoho and various hotel PMS platforms
• Design and build custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Provide clear documentation of integration processes and data structures
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as needed
• Work independently to drive the project forward while maintaining open communication with stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Zoho API integration (Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and related tools)
• Strong background in custom API development and third-party software integrations
• Expertise in Zoho Analytics, including report and dashboard creation
• Solid SQL and data analysis skills
• Ability to work with various Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Excellent written communication skills (clear documentation and reporting are critical)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in the hospitality industry or familiarity with hotel PMS platforms
• Prior work with multiple Zoho applications beyond CRM and Analytics
• Knowledge of serverless computing or cloud-based integrations
• Ability to optimize and improve existing API connections
