WordPress Server Expert, Solving Recurring Problems

We are looking for a highly experienced and trustworthy specialist in server administration and WordPress infrastructure.

We manage WordPress websites (blogs) hosted on Hetzner and have been facing recurring issues that affect site stability.

We are not looking for temporary fixes. We need someone who can identify and resolve root causes: someone with a deep technical understanding and a proactive mindset.

Examples of Issues We're Facing:

• Blank homepages
• Broken page layouts
• White screens
• Critical error messages in dashboard and on the frontend

Technical Context:

• All websites are hosted on Hetzner servers.
• We use Cloudflare for DNS and security management.
• Plugins are regularly updated, but issues still persist or reoccur.
• We suspect a deeper issue related to server setup, configuration, security, or resource conflicts.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Advanced Linux server administration skills.
✅ In-depth WordPress knowledge (core, themes, plugins, architecture, security).
✅ Experience with Hetzner infrastructure (installation, optimization, monitoring).
✅ Configuration and management of: Apache/Nginx, PHP, MariaDB/MySQL, Redis etc.
✅ Strong log analysis and debugging skills (Apache, Nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL)
✅ Proven knowledge of web security best practices (patching, file permissions, account isolation, WAF)
✅ Expertise in performance optimization (object caching, DB tuning, CDN integration, advanced configurations)
✅ Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Netdata, Uptime Robot)
