We are looking for a skilled community manager to build, grow, and maintain Metify’s online communities. The ideal candidate will foster meaningful engagement, ensure clear communication between the platform and its users, and create a strong sense of connection among members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and engage Metify’s Web3 community across Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Moderate community discussions, answer questions, and handle support inquiries.
• Create and schedule content updates, announcements, and interactive activities to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and community-building efforts.
• Monitor and report on community sentiment and provide feedback to the team.
• Identify and onboard ambassadors and influencers to help grow the brand.

Requirements:

• Experience managing online communities in blockchain/Web3 projects.
• Strong understanding of crypto culture, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with community management tools (e.g., Discord bots, automation, analytics tools).
• Ability to handle and de-escalate conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
