Web Production Developer (Wordpress) - PT - APAC/East Asia

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Production Developer to assist our team remotely from the Philippines or Vietnam. You will play a crucial role in supporting our California-based team by developing and maintaining websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify. Your work will ensure seamless transitions from design to development, focusing on responsive and mobile quality assurance. The goal is to have a smooth handoff for you to help support our team after PDT hours to keep the project moving towards completion.

Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into functional websites using WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
• Perform responsive and mobile quality assurance to ensure optimal website performance across all devices.
• Utilize staging-site workflows to test and deploy website changes efficiently.
• Communicate clearly in English to facilitate collaboration with the U.S. web lead and team members.
• Participate in daily Google Meet handoffs at 4pm PT to align on project updates and tasks.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in converting Figma designs to WordPress.
• Strong skills in responsive and mobile quality assurance testing.
• Experience with staging-site workflows for website development.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with working remotely and independently, managing tasks across different time zones.
• Proficiency in Webflow and Shopify.
