Web Developer (Wordpress, PHP) - Part-time - EMEA/APAC

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to assist with our transition to a new Outlook platform while maintaining and enhancing our WordPress-based website. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our site remains functional and user-friendly, leveraging your expertise in WordPress, Elementor, PHP, and JavaScript.

The nature of this position is ad hoc and the hours can fluctuate based on the project.

Responsibilities

• Support the transition to a new Outlook platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Maintain and enhance our WordPress website, using Elementor for design and layout tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Implement future updates to the website, focusing on improving functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new features and improvements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor for website development and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and JavaScript for custom coding and troubleshooting.
• Experience in website maintenance and enhancement.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with platform transitions, particularly involving email systems like Outlook.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles to enhance website functionality.
