VoIP Developer Needed to Finish Ericall App

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled VoIP Developer to finalize the Ericall app, a white-label VoIP solution powered by Acrobits. This role involves completing integrations with Zoho apps for user management and rate plans, finalizing payment gateways, and ensuring the app's deployment to both the Play Store and Apple Store. You will also be responsible for auditing backend APIs, fixing remaining bugs, and ensuring seamless synchronization between the app and website.

Responsibilities

• Complete and integrate Zoho applications, excluding CRM, Helpdesk, and Creator, to manage rate plans and user information.
• Finalize and implement payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal within the app.
• Configure the app for deployment on the Play Store and Apple Store.
• Fix bugs and ensure smooth synchronization between the app and website.
• Connect Zoho apps to Kolmisoft softswitch, ensuring auto-creation of users in Zoho CRM and synchronization of support tickets to Zoho Helpdesk.
• Ensure seamless balance top-ups and subscriptions through Stripe/PayPal.
• Fix OTP/SMS functionalities using Vonage API for user authentication.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with VoIP applications, particularly Acrobits, Kolmisoft, or Asterisk.
• Expertise in Zoho Suite, including CRM, Creator, and Helpdesk APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS deployments.
• Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, and Vonage integrations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Flask for Python backend development.
• Prior experience working on similar VoIP projects.
