We’re looking for a Visual Designer who thrives in a people-first, highly collaborative environment while also bringing a strong sense of autonomy and initiative to their work. The ideal candidate is:

- Detail-oriented, ensuring every piece of marketing collateral is polished and impactful.
- An effective collaborator, working closely with the team to enhance visual storytelling.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Designing marketing collateral for direct mail campaigns, in-person events, and virtual experiences.
- Creating on-brand, visually engaging assets while following brand guidelines.
- Designing Wix-based registration landing pages for events and campaigns.
- Preparing and sending files for print, ensuring production quality.
- Supporting pitches and proposals with compelling visual concepts when needed.
- Troubleshooting design challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Collaborating with the creative team to refine and elevate brand storytelling.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing in Wix, with an eye for clean, functional web layouts.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing collateral, event branding, and direct mail designs.
- Basic knowledge of sending to print and preparing production-ready files.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience designing for B2B marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of event branding and experiential marketing.
- Strong conceptual skills to support creative pitches.
