TUNE helps founders tell their story by humanising their ingenuity. This role is central to that. You translate strategy and narrative into brand systems and, above all, into presentations that carry weight in the room: pitch decks, investor materials, and thought papers where the design does as much persuading as the words. You own the visual integrity of what the studio puts in front of founders and their audiences.

What you will work on

• Brand systems and identity for founders and operators: logotypes, type, colour, visual language, and the guidelines that hold them together.
• High-stakes presentation design: investor decks, fundraising narratives, board materials, and thought papers, built to a standard that survives a partner meeting.
• Turning a strategic narrative into visual structure, hierarchy, and pacing across a deck, so the argument is felt as well as read.
• Working inside and extending the TUNE design system, and building considered templates that raise the floor for the whole studio.

What we are looking for

• A portfolio that shows judgement across brand identity and presentation design, including a few decks you can talk through end to end.
• Strong command of presentation tools (Figma, Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Real typographic skill and a feel for layout, hierarchy, and white space.
• The ability to take a rough strategic narrative and give it visual logic without being hand-held.
• Around three or more years in a studio, agency, or in-house brand team. This is a guide, not a gate; show us the work.

Helpful, not essential

• Motion or light animation for presentations.
• Experience designing for founders, venture, or B2B technology audiences.
• Confidence in writing and maintaining brand guidelines.

How we work

We brief clearly, agree on the deliverables and the deadline, then trust you to run your own process in your own way. Respect runs both ways. We do not treat contractors as disposable, and we will not expect you to absorb problems that are not yours.

The engagement

• Independent contractor, part-time or full-time, by agreement. Fully remote.
• Rate by agreement, billed against time tracked and invoice.
• A studio that values your time and your craft, and works the way it says it does.
