Our products help investors, traders, analysts, and financial institutions understand market data, analyze stocks, track portfolios, and make more informed decisions using artificial intelligence, data science, and financial analytics.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can help us create simple, clear, and trusted user experiences across our mobile app, web platform, and B2B financial AI products.

Role Overview

As a UX/UI Designer at SahmAlgo, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centered experiences for financial products. You will work closely with the product, AI, business, and development teams to understand user behavior, identify pain points, improve usability, and design clean interfaces that make complex financial information easier to understand.

This role is not only about visual design. We are looking for someone who can apply proper UX/UI methods, including user research, behavior analysis, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and design iteration.

Responsibilities

UX Research & User Understanding

• Conduct user research to understand the needs of retail investors, traders, financial analysts, and institutional users.
• Analyze user behavior, product usage patterns, and customer feedback to identify UX improvement opportunities.
• Create user personas, user journeys, task flows, and experience maps.
• Translate research insights into product design decisions.
• Support usability testing and collect feedback to improve product experience.

Product & Interaction Design

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Improve the usability of SahmAlgo’s mobile app, dashboard, portfolio tools, stock analysis pages, and AI-powered features.
• Simplify complex financial data, AI signals, charts, scores, and analytics into clear and actionable interfaces.
• Design experiences for both B2C users and B2B products such as ChatAlgo.
• Work with the product team to define feature requirements and user experience priorities.

UI Design & Design System

• Create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs aligned with SahmAlgo’s brand identity.
• Maintain and improve the design system, components, icons, layouts, and interaction patterns.
• Ensure consistency across mobile, web, and enterprise products.
• Prepare developer-ready design files with clear specifications and states.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Review user feedback, analytics, and support requests to identify product friction.
• Run usability reviews and suggest improvements to existing screens.
• Measure design success through usability, engagement, conversion, retention, and task completion.
• Continuously improve the product based on data and user behavior.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showing UX process, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and behavior analysis.
• Strong understanding of mobile app and web dashboard design.
• Ability to simplify complex data-heavy products.
• Strong skills in Figma or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of design systems, components, responsive layouts, and accessibility.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate clearly with product and development teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality design work.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing fintech, investment, trading, banking, analytics, SaaS, or AI products.
• Understanding of financial markets, stock analysis, portfolios, or investment workflows.
• Experience designing dashboards, charts, tables, filters, alerts, and AI assistant interfaces.
• Arabic and English interface design experience.
• Experience working with startups or fast-moving product teams.
