Ux Designer (Web App Platform) - Part-time - NA/LATAM

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team and enhance the user experience of our web app platform. You will play a critical role in designing and refining our application, focusing on improving usability and aesthetics as we transition from version 1 to version 2. This role is purely frontend, requiring end-to-end design skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design user interfaces using Shadcn and Figma, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
• Develop and refine wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
• Work within a React framework to ensure design consistency and functionality.
• Maintain a user-centered design approach to create compelling and efficient user interfaces.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Shadcn and Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Experience designing within a React framework.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in PT or EST timezones for better team alignment.
• Familiarity with web app development processes and challenges.
