About the company
CarelyNest is a fast-growing men's telehealth company offering personalized testosterone therapy, weight-loss programs, and sermorelin treatments. We connect patients with licensed online doctors and pride ourselves on a premium, trust-building digital experience. Launched early 2025, we're scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to help us convert more visitors into patients.
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Creative & Graphic Designer with UI/UX sensibilities who lives and breathes high-performance digital design. You will own the visual identity and creative execution across all customer-facing touchpoints — from landing pages and ad creative to email campaigns and branded assets. You'll receive clear direction (competitor references, creative briefs) and be expected to execute with speed, polish, and a conversion-first mindset.
What You'll Do
- Design scroll-stopping creative assets for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) that drive clicks and conversions.
- Develop brand identity elements including graphics, illustrations, icons, and visual systems that elevate CarelyNest's premium positioning.
- Redesign customer-facing pages (landing pages, checkout, product pages) with a strong visual-first approach to improve conversion rates.
- Produce high-quality email marketing visuals and templates that are on-brand and optimized for engagement.
- Create A/B test variants for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to identify winning creative approaches.
- Design promotional materials including digital banners, social media content, infographics, and sales collateral.
- Replicate and adapt high-converting competitor aesthetics into CarelyNest's own distinctive brand style.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team — receive feedback, iterate fast, and deliver polished work.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual excellence across all digital touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and creative direction with a strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Exceptional eye for premium, high-quality aesthetics — you know what makes a brand look and feel top-tier.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Comfortable working with reference materials and translating competitor inspiration into original, branded designs.
- Understanding of CRO and direct-response design principles — you design to convert, not just to look good.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple creative projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills; if you're based internationally, prior experience at larger companies is required.
- Experience designing for e-commerce, DTC, health/wellness, or lifestyle brands is a major plus.
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate with developers.
- Experience designing for healthcare or regulated industries.
- Background in designing sales funnels, direct-response marketing, or performance creative.
